Help contents do not always appear when I click on Help on the tool bar at the top. It is intermittent and I cannot figure out the sequence. I do notice that when opening Act if it does not open to the full screen when loging on I am able to see the help contents. If Act opens to full screen when loging on I am unable to access help contents.
This may be due to a bad icon on your Desktop. Try opening ACT! from the Start menu or by browsing to C:\Program Files\ACT\Act for Windows and double-clicking ActSage.exe. If either of these work, then delete the current icon on youer desktop and replace it with a shortcut from either the Start menu or the ActSage.exe file. The Help file is also a separate executable in the C:\Program Files\ACT\Act for Windows directory. You can place it on your desktop for easy access if you like...the file is called Help.chm.
