Help! Upgraded from V ista To Windows7 and now I can't access reports for ACT 2010 version 12.1
Any suggestions on how to fix this. I can access templates for my letters & email, but when I wish to access reports, I click on the report and get anerror message: "The report cannot be opened by ACT!"
Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

This could be a permissions issue. Try running Act! 'As Administrator' and see if it can then run the reports. To run as administrator:
- close Act!
- right click on Act! icon
- select 'Run As Administrator'
