I have Act 2007 version 9 I have around 4300 Contacts, with about 1500 Active.
Last week I noticed some information missing. This week I noticed I lost notes and history for the past 5 months.
The sad part is if I go back to a older database then I lose the data I have added over the past few weeks.
Is there a way to combine two databases? Or to export all the database information in one database and upload them into the older database>
Is there a fix?

I have the same issue and the for mentioned suggestions didn't change anything.
Some of the notes history and calander stuff is there but definetly missing entries...
any other suggestions

Check date filter, is it set to all dates, also Users set to all users?
Go to tools and Database maintenance, run check and repair.
Restart ACT and see if it has corrected problem.
