I got up this morning and found out I cannot retreive the documents stored for my clients! I have ACT version 18.104.22.168
I click on the document and nothing happens.. I need help fast! Markvic

If you could add some details about your situation, it may help the Community to respond to your issue:
- If you browse to the attachements folder for your database (under the 'databasename-database files\attachments' folder), are you able to double click on the file(s) and open them?
- Do the files show a KB count, or do they show '0kb'?
- Is this a shared database (resides on a server, not your local computer)?
- Is this a remote database (synchronizes with main database on server)?
- Are you the only user of the database? If no, are others able to access the files?
