Help: Create Lookup from Several Subgroups

[ Edited ]

Greetings,

I am trying to create a lookup from several subgroubs in order to e-mail everyone within a group. For example,

GROUP (no contacts)

    Subgroup 1 (contacts)

    Subgroup 2 (contacts)

GROUP 2 (no contacts)

    Subgroup 3 (contacts)

I want to create a lookup of all the contacts in Subgroup 1 & Subgroup 3. When I right click on the Subgroup and select "create lookup" it does this, but then when I do the same for Subgroup 3, it replaces the lookup.

Thanks for your help.

Chris

Hello Chris,

It's not possible out of the box. You have to use an add-on for that. Have a look at UrContactLookup

Create an advanced query on Groups to find those you're looking for (subgroup 1 & 3) then return all contacts belonging these groups with UrContactLookup.
