Please help me. We are running Act 18 on seven computers, however on one and only one we cannot attach a document to an opportunity. It will not drag and drop, and if you click add then file the page it takes you to does not have the appropriate file which the document is in on the list. It is there on all the other computers. We are on Windows 10 and use Office 365. Does anyone have any ideas how we can fix this?

Yes all the PC's share a database We have 2 administrators. The PC in question is one of the. I will ask my colleague to do what you suggest when he is back in the office.
