I looked for this in the help database but couldn't find anything:
I was using Act 2005 just fine with my Word program. Then I updated to Word 2007. Now Act doesn't see my Word templates for documents like letters. I can't switch to Word in the word processor preferences, because it is not listed as an option! What happened to Word?
Help menu says: "If you choose Microsoft Word as your word processor, you must change the macros security level in Word before running the program with ACT!." I went into Word and enabled all Active X and Macros in the security setting.
What else can I do? I am a VERY small business and can't afford to keep upgrading Act. Suggestions?
