Help! ACT Opportunity Products/Services Tab Doesn't Work

Hello,

 

We are using ACT 2010 Premiuim

 

We recently have been having trouble with the opportunities functions. When the sales reps create a opportunity and enter the information, the Add button under the prodcuts/services tab greys out and they cannot use it. They have to recreate the opportunity until this doesn't occur.

 

Please help, if anyone has ever heard of this error or has an idea.

Can you provide some additional information about your setup:

- Is this a Shared database?  or remote databases?

- Are all users experiencing this, or specific users?

 

 

Things to try:

- Run the 'Check and Repair' option found under Tools > Database Maintenance > Check and Repair. 

- Test the behavior in the Demo database to help determine if it is a database or program specific issue.

Only specific users are experiencing this.

It is a shared database across the network and the users are using RDB's.

 

I'll look into what you said.
