Help ACT 2009 Memory Leak

I was having a problem with ACT.  The software was working like file got corrupted.  So I unstalled ACT 2009 ver 11  I went to reinstall ACT but the installer says a later version is installed on my computer.  How do I reinstall ACT?

To remove remnants of a previous install of ACT! you can use the ACT!Uninstaller.exe utility.  For instructions on it's download and use, visit this web document:

There are also links within the document for manually removing ACT!.
