I am working with a headhunter that is using ACT. The first thing that jumped out to me was the number of ID/Status entries - 407.
Covers everything from normal entries - Customer, Prospect, Suspect, Client, Contractor to things like "my call list in Nevada" or "bad eMail".
I would appreciate suggestions of what other headhunters or staffing organizations are using for the basic ID/Status segregation. .

ID Status drop down can be modified to add items such as JobSeeker, etc..
ID Status is exactly the field to use to differentiate between JobSeeker and Employer.
