Having problems running ACT 2010 onto computer after reinstallation

I am still operating the VISTA OS and it's saying I have to have service pack 3 in order to install.  I had it on this computer once before so I know that is not a requirement ... but  it won't let me start the program.

Hello KarenCal,
Is this happening when you try to install the program or when you are trying to run it after you have installed? If after installation, then try right-clicking on the ACT! desktop icon, choose Properties, go to the Compatibility tab, check the box to run in compatibility mode, and choose Windows XP SP3.
