Hey all, we are having issues with tracking emails sent from Outlook in ACT.
Outlook 2007 with an Exchange server
ACT 2009 Premium (11)
Database files are centrally stored on a server and access by 5 different users
I have added the ACT address book to Outlook and configured Outlook/Email in ACT under preferences, subject only (I tried re-configuring these again but it did not work)
So I basically try sending an email through my Outlook account and I dont see it being tracked in ACT. One thing I did note is that for example, if I have a contact in my Outlook and the ACT address book and Outlook starts to automatically populate the email address it shows it twice (I am assuming one from my outlook address book and the second from ACT address book?)
But as I understand it, it doesn't matter where I get the contact from or who I send it to...as long as i am using my Outlook account it should capture it in ACT?
Any idea why the emails would not be tracking in ACT?
