Hamachi Sync Stopped Working-Desktop to /laptop Act 2010

Can someone advise, its now 1 month, of many failed attempts to synch my desktop (main) to laptop remotely. This was my process for two  years without fail. . The Sync result states "  Act is u enable to connect o the sync server". I checked and "accept incoming sync"is enabled in the main database. Both have DSL connections, I even restored my desktop main to nov 7th, the last successful sync., Very frustrated and have no backup, dangerous dilemma, can't backup :-((.  my version is Act 201012.0 4090. Would appreciate any opinions before $100 tech support to fix simple issue. Thanks
