e-mails I create using ACT become plain text when I send them through or save them as drafts in Outlook. This makes it impossible to do mail merges as I would have to modify every single e-mail generated (bullets, links, etc.)
I use Microsoft Outlook as the e-mail system I want to use with ACT, but the ACT e-mail editor because if I use Outlook ACT freezes ACT (that's a whole other thread I had going here and finally gave up on).
Anyone have any idea why, and what to do about it?
Version of Act! 19.2.1460 upgrade 5
Database is on my local machine (private database)
Operating system is Windows 10
