e-mails I create using ACT become plain text when I send them through or save them as drafts in Outlook. This makes it impossible to do mail merges as I would have to modify every single e-mail generated (bullets, links, etc.)
I use Microsoft Outlook as the e-mail system I want to use with ACT, but I've had to resort to using the "Internet e-mail" because using "Microsoft Outlook" has been causing ACT to freeze ACT (that's a whole other thread I had going here and finally gave up on). UPDATE: This is no longer an issue
Anyone have any idea why my HTML e-mails are becoming Plain Text, and what to do about it?

It's actually the integration of the database with Outlook that causes the freezing

Hello,
If you are comfortable with running an Office repair, it sometimes helps freezing issues:
Run the Office Repair Utility to Fix Word 2016
Close Word, Outlook, and any other Office programs. ...
Press the Win+X keyboard shortcut. ...
Choose Control Panel.
Below the Programs heading, click the Uninstall a Program link. ...
Select Microsoft Office from the list of programs. ...
Click the Change button. ...
Choose Quick Repair. ...
Click the Repair button.
Thank you,
Carl

I'm no longer experiencing the freezing issue so I'd like to put that to bed and get back the subject issue which persists to this day.
Anyone have any thoughts?
