HELP! problems merging database ACT 10 to Word 2007

I am trying to merge a database of 330 contacts using ACT 10 into MS Word 2007, I keep getting the error message "attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that file memory is corrupt"

I have update ACT to V 10.02.191 and downloaded to hotfix, I have also been on the phone to ACT support and the only suggestion they have is to reinstall MS office and ACT.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi Paul,

Try running a detect/repair on Microsoft Word.  If that fails, then disable UAC.
