HELP! I have ACT 2007 and I am having problems opening the database

I haven't ised my program for about a month and I am having problems getting it to open.

When I first tried to open it it said the the database couldn't be opened so I did the following:

went to  services.msc and stopped the sql server

than I went to actdiag

This database could not be accessed

I than decompressed the files

than I went back into services.msc and restarted the sql server

now I can access the database in diagnostic and it says that it is online

So than I tried to open the program and I am getting the following error:

Cannot find either column "dbo" or the user-defined function or aggregate "dbo.FNC_GET_LOCALSYNCDBID", or the name is ambiguous.

I really hope that someone can help.

ThanksSmiley Very Happy

Ok, I got all the way to rebuilding the Rebuild Schema says: Could not find the procedure 'dbo.PRC_ADD_EVENTLOG'.  Than and than I click ok and got the following error: Required component or program could not be located or is not supported in the current Schema Version.  The minimum required Schema Version for this feature is 7.0.399.0.  Please contact ACT! Technical Support if you feel you've gotten this message in error. Than I clicked ok and nothing...
