Can someone point me to the current proper procedure for totally 100% removing ACT! 2009 11.0 Standard from a xp pc.
Note ACT! was initially installed on a partitioned hard drive and was not intalled on the c-drive.
So what I need to do is totally 100% uninstall, then re-install on c-drive.
( I dont want any ACT! tidbits left behind on the non-c drive partition or any other place on the pc).
You help greatlly appreciated in advance - Cheers - FSB

Remove ACT! via Add/Remove Programs. Once that is complete, you can run through the following kb article which will explain how to manually remove ACT. This will help you clean up anything that may be left over.

Thanks I found that article.
I did forget to mention one thing. ACT! 6 is also running and I do not want to remove it.
Are we still on track ?
