Upgraded from Act! 2009 v 11.0 to 220.127.116.11
Sorting no longer works for Groups list view. Click on a column heading or use the edit / sort menu and the data on this view disappears! On the Contacts List view all this works properly.
This is replicated on my other computer, so it appears to be program related. Any suggestions anyone?

Sorting in Groups Lists using the Demo Database works fine, as it still does after I addded 2 custom fields...... So I tried a complete new intall of Act! 2009 ver 11.0 and updated using the downloadable 11.1 upgrade (as opposed to using the update directly through the program). Stll having the same problem.
It seems to have something to do with the custom fields. Now I notice others have had a similar problem. Is your response "Correct, the issue is associated to custom fields that exist the in spillover table." made to 'Donna' related to my problem? At this point I am going to reinstall 11.0 again.
How will I know Sage has fixed this problem?
