I have contacts distributed into several groups. When in the Task List view some of the contacts do not show the group membership (field blank) while others, in the same group, do. How do I make the group membership to appear for all contacts in the Task View?
We have developed an add-on called Task List Plus for ACT! that displays the contact groups along with any other fields of information from the contact table like ID/Status and/or any custom fields directly on the task list view in ACT!.
We display all the contact groups a comma seperated list. It's not impossible just not done in the native ACT program.
