Group issue

One way to add contacts to a group is to make a look up - go to contact top tab and add all the contacts into the group

The issue is the following

Done that way I noticed that when then you open an individual contact the group name does not show under the Groups/Companies tab

therefore impossible to take the contact out of the group

Unless I am missing something can you tel me how to remove a contact from a group when the group name does not show under the Groups/Companies tab

If the Group does not appear in Groups/Companies, then the contacts are not in the Group.

DId you tag all of the contacts in the lookup prior to adding them (using the method you described)?

I didn't tag them one by one

I used the method I described "add selected to group" in the Menu contact tab

They do apear in the group although the tag does not appear in the Groups/Companies tab

What do you mean by "tag"? Can you use the right-click menu to remove them?

Sorry I didn't ask this in the first place, but what actually does show up in the Groups/Companies tab?
