Act! Pro Version 18.0.501.0, Hot Fix 2 , Windows 7 Enterprise N, Office 2013
ACT does not populate the Outlook To: field in an email when we select multiple contacts and click Write - Email message or we click the Email icon on the toolbar. It opens a blank email with only the From: field populated. Also, when we start in Groups, select a group name, and click the Email button it does the same thing.
The Outlook To: field does populate with a single contact's email if we click the email address in the contact detail view.
The mail merge function does work for groups but we don't want that. We are looking to write a mass email with everyone's email address in the bcc: field.
Any ideas? Thanks -

This is a known issue, a fix is included in the upcoming v18 Hotfix 5 which is due out this week.

So no other way to get this fixed in 17.2? I had 17.0 but it requested an update be done. BIG MISTAKE! Are they working on a fix? I just updated to 17 and don't want to pay again.
