Hi Hardware,

Act 2011 is not supported on Windows 10. This could be the cause of the issue. http://kb.act.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/29767
It would be worth checking that you're on the latest version of Act 2011 in Help > About Act. The latest version is v13.1 Hot Fix 6.
You can download any missing updates from the download center http://www.act.com/resources/downloads/sage-act-premium-2011

Hi,

 

We are using Act! Pro Version 18.1.103.0 and also having the same issues where email addresses from a group are not showing up when creating a new email.

 

Any suggestions?

Hi wongper,

Please could you try updating to Act v18.2 and testing this feature again?
