Group/Subgroup Reports - Subgroup sorting?

[ Edited ]
I'm using ACT! 2010.  I've created a Group with 30 numbered subgroups.  When I run a Group Comprehensive Report, the subgroups are listed out of order.  How do I change the order of the subgroups on the report so they follow my numbering scheme?

The group/subgroup sorting is broken in the ACT! 2010 reports.

Thanks for the response Roy.  Just to clarify, this is an issue with all ACT! 2010 or did I break the sorting in my database somehow?

Thanks!

Re: Group/Subgroup Reports - Subgroup sorting?

It's all of ACT! 2010. The reports use a special field for hierarchy to place a particular group as the primary group or the level of subgroup for the group. That report property is broken in ACT! 2010. I believe it worked in ACT! 2009 but I haven't specifically tested it there. A couple of my custom reports would state if the group was the primary group or a subgroup and if it had subgroups. It worked in version prior to ACT! 2010 but no longer works correct.

Re: Group/Subgroup Reports - Subgroup sorting?

Ok. Thanks again Roy. I'll rarely have Subgroups that equal more than 10 so I'll print the reports individually.  I thought about writing a Macro but I don't see that feature in ACT! anymore.

Thanks again for your help.
