Group Membership Report is Blank

Group Membership Report is Blank

I have created several new groups and added contacts to them, but when I run the Group Membership report, it is completely blank as if I have no groups at all.  Help??

As it turns out I discovered that the groups did not have the Record Manager field populated.  Once I did that, they all appeared on the report.

Didn't mean to sound short in my response, but the version of ACT matters to help with the answer.  Group membership reports can be tricky based on the version.  Sometimes you have to use an external product - I prefer Stonefield Query.  Awesome tool and works wonders and helps where the internal report writer can be "tricky."

Have you tried running the report for 'All Groups' and 'All Users'?  What are the results?

And which version of Act! is this?
