I'm the office assistant for a financial consulting company! I am having trouble adding our clients to a specific group. The version I'm using is 11.1, and when I click on the Groups/Companies tab under a client's profile, and try to add them, everyone else's Rep ID's are available to be put under the clients group, but not the advisor I work with directly in this particular office. His two rep id's are grayed out, although, the subgroups under them are not, and still work.
Can anyone lead me in the right direction on how to fix this? I tried calling the support number, but they don't have any trained techs on this version because it is older.
