Dear Friends whom face the same problem with me. Following are answers from my tech support team (since i buy from them) which i had tried it and it works (i am using ACT! 2013 pro though) but hope it works for you:
"Google authentication process has changed, hence the problem you're encountering.
Swiftpage has produced a hotfix that will resolve it. Reactivation of ACT may be required after applying the hotfix.
See KB 36152
By the way, after i install the fix, I would need to re-register my ACT!
After i install above fix and re-register, it did not work immediately, there are other issues need to be fixed like Microsoft synchronization and stuff, which if u do a search on ACT! support they have solutions for those.
Good luck to you. By the way, i am not techie... thus if there are further issues, i would not be able to help much... could only share my experience with my success in fixing this "Google Registration Problem".

THANK YOU leoniches for posting!! This worked for me and Google Integration seems to be working like a charm for my updated version of Sage ACT! Premium 2013 Version 126.96.36.199, Hot Fix 4 applied.

OK, how about this.... Sage, give us all FREE upgrades to what ever does work, as promised. Don`t even try to fix 2012. Just try to focus on your f_____g customers!
