Just for future references, there have been other posts regarding this how to. The Community has a search feature in the upper left. Searching for a other threads similar to your question/issue can save you a lot of time so you don't wait for a response. It can be a huge time saver from just a couple minutes searching compared to waiting hours for a response.

Thanks to all - this worked perfectly! Now my problem is how they show up on the Contact List page - I searched and learned that the only way to fix that is to export to excel, reformat the cells as "phone", and bring it back in. I don't think I want to mess with that, way too much room for error there. Anyone know of another way to fix the list view? If not, I can live with it, but it would be nice to fix.
Next time we upgrade, I think we will pay up to have a Certified Act Consultant come in and map our database over - using a local "network specialist" has proved a total waste of time and money.
