I have running Vista on a new computer and installed both ACT 2009 11.0 and Microsoft Office 2007. After opening a document from the saved templates and editing it/printing it, I want to save a copy to my notes of the contact. Everytime the window comes up to "Create History to save a copy of this file to Notes, I click "attach document to history" and then get the following error:
"Call was rejected by callee (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010001 (RPC_E_CALL_REJECTED))”
It doesn't attach the file and then I have to add it to Notes Manually.
I have tried the taskbar change Microsoft recommended here..
