Getting Error Icon When Trying to Print Calender

In Act 2008 on the calender screen attempting to print I am receiving an error icon of a cursor and an exclaimation point. Specifically, I am in the calender screen showing my scheduled meeting and I hit the printer icon on the top left corner of the screen below the ACT logo. A new screen appears giving me format options of the calender to be printed. After selecting the appropriate format, I click OK. The cursor icon with the exclaimation point appears and the calender does not print. Any suggestions? Thanks!

This generally shows an incompatibility with the printer driver.  Check for updates for your printer.

 

Test by using the 'Option 2' steps (print to pdf) in the following article:  KB Article 28125
