Generating Call Reports

I just started using ACT at a new company I am working for. They have tasked me with finding out a way to make a kind of Call report card for Sales Reps of the company. Is there a way in ACT that I can see who they called and what the result was?

Yes, if an activity was created and cleared or if a history entry regarding the call was made.
