General Question on Using Multiple Contact Layouts

Hello, I am just getting started using ACT and noticed you can create multiple contact layouts.  I am wondering the benefits to using multiple layouts?  My understanding is that they don't "stay" with the contact so I'm not sure I see the benefit since you have to manually toggle back in forth?  I have some clients that are personal contacts so their home address and other information is more valuable whereas business contact I only need their business address and other information like assistant or title.  I am trying to figure out whether using multiple layouts for this purpose is worthwhile or not really worth the effort.  Thanks for your thoughts!

Re: General Question on Using Multiple Contact Layouts

For what you described, probably not. There are some reasons to have more than one layout but for most people no.
