So frustrated after spending $1000 upgrading to ACT 16 and it's been problematic ever since. It won't log Outlook 2013 email like it says it will... the Outlook service stops working immediately after ACT loads. The sync with Google is broken as well with recurring events having a time sync issue which makes dates scheduled for Wednesday show on the calendar on Tuesday.
What's worse... ACT wants me to pay for support so I can help them fix their software bugs!
Wish I would have saved my money and nursed my old version of the software, as I'm now having to pay more money to return to my previous third-party solutions for syncing.
