I've been using ACT 2009 for about 90 days now, and no problems EXCEPT for today! Trying to create a task from an email freezes Outlook. Obviously this is a problem with ACT. To contact tech support for this one incident is $45. SAGE should not charge if the software does not work according to posted product features. In my business if a product is defective or not working properly we fix it! Will ACT? Frustrated!
