Emails sent from Outlook record in ACT History in size 8 font, with extra line spaces added. ACT support tells me the font size is fixed within ACT and cannot be changed. But, to read the type comfortably I need at least a size 10 font.
Support says the spacing issue can be corrected by the added step of choosing Rich Text in Outlook for each email I send. Is there a better answer for both of these issues? Assistance will be appreciated! Details: ACT! v.16.0.291.0/ Outlook 2010/ Windows 7/ private data base.

It is true that you you can change the Outlook e-mail to be Rich Text, to get rid of the spacing, however this will not change the size of the font. Unfortunately, there's no way to change the font size without manually opening the history and changing it in the History composition screen.
You can, however set Outlook to automatically compoase as Rich Text instead of manually setting it every time. For information on how to accomplish this, refer to the following Microsoft documentation: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/change-the-message-format-to-html-rich-text-or-plain-...
