For some users it works, while for others it doesn't. We're using V21.1 and Windows 10.
A contact is open in detail view.
The History tab is open.
Click on paperclip.
Select a document.
The History remains blank.
Go to "View" and refresh.

As Andreas states most likely permissions.
I now tend to add the windows user Everyone with read / write to the attachments folder for the ACT database. Just make sure it is not a security issue for the client.

Thank you for helping. I eventually reinstalled Act and used v21.0 instead of 21.1. That eliminated the problem, although it remains unexplained.
