Our client recently upgraded to Act Premium v20.1. They work on a terminal server and use Office Standard 2016.
Some of their users are accustomed to using the history queue to check emails which did not attach to Act. Now that they're in v20.1, the queue is no longer available to them, and they don't know how to detect unattached emails. We realized that we don't know how they could easily see their unattached emails, either.
Does the latest version of Act have a means for users easily perusing the emails which did not attach?
