I would like to edit the History / Time Spent report to only show completed meetings, but when I run the report I also get the activity where a field was changed for the contact.
How do I filter this report or edit the template so I only get the history where a meeting was completed and not all history for the contact record?
Any help is greatly appreciated!!

I think it would be possible to create the report that you want with the ACT! reports but it wouldn't be easy. I suspect that it might be easier using Crystal Reports but I'm not sure.
