All fields are missing in ACT 2009 when trying to export to another database. I updated the software as suggested in the Knowledge Database, and it did not solve the problem. I get the error message, "You must map at least one field from the source database to a field in the destination database."

Welcome to the ACT! Online Community. Is the other database also an ACT! 2009 database? Or is it in a different version of ACT!?
