I think some of my phone fields in my Act! 12 database may not be labeled or identified correctly as they are not mapping correctly to Outlook when I sync. For instance my "Phone" field in Act! maps to "Fax" in Outlook.
This seems to happen to only a subset of my contacts (the older ones) but if I enter a new contact it maps correclty
When I check the mapping settings they are set up correctly.
