Fields Included In "Edit" "Copy"

Ver 10

With the contact screen up, and I select Edit Copy, how do I control what fields will be included in the copy?  Right now the mobile number field doesn't come over and it is one that I would like to have included.

Thanks for your help.

Re: Fields Included In "Edit" "Copy"

We use a little ACT! add-on product called ACT Clippie from http://www.crm-service.com/

You can customize it to copy any of the ACT! contact window's fields. It's $39. and rather easy to customize.

If you can't figure out how to customize it the folks at CRM-Service are very helpful.

On their site, click on the "ACT! Add-ons" in the left column or you can purchase it from the ACT! Add-on Store.

Re: Fields Included In "Edit" "Copy"

I would also add a feature request to be able to set the fields ACT! uses...

You might post a request for this feature to be considered for a future version here - http://www.act.com/community/feature

Input from this web page goes directly into a database that management has direct access to read, and which they also track and gather statistics on.
