We have an issue with upgrading a customer from V16 to V18 HF4 Pro. It seems to have broken the Activity Series trigger in fields. So if you now enter the field you don't get the activity series pop up you get a message 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
I have tested this on my test VM with V18 HF1 same issue, I did check repair same issue. I did also did the upgrade from v16 to v17 and the triggers worked. I also created a activity series template and attached to a new field same error. I upgraded from V17 to V18 same error. I also tested in the v18 demo database and same error

Hi Damon,
From the development notes, I can see this defect is well on its way to being resolved in the upcoming service pack for v18.
The release date for this has not yet been announced.

This defect hasn't been updated yet due to the holidays. I'll update when I have more info.
