Recently upgraded from ACT 09 to ACT 12. Found when in an Opportunity, there were several fields 'grayed' out that would not allow us to enter a total or information. When clicking on 'field security', found it was listed as 'read only' with no other drop down options to choose from. I am listed as the administrator and I 'locked' the database prior to trying to change the security level. I just don't know what else to do. Help wanted...Sheila
