I'm using ACT! Premium 11.0, and I'm trying to sreamline my data entry.
One feature that would make my life heaps easier would be something that allows me to simply copy-paste contact info into a screen in ACT and have the software automaticaly detect which feil is relevent for every line of data and generate a new contact based on what I have provided.
For example, I copy something like the following:
100 Main Street
Seattle Washington, 98101
And paste it into an empty new contact window in ACT! (Or any other window, I'm not particuarly choosy as long as this works).
I would like to have all these fields automatically filled out as a new contact with every relevent field automatically updated/filled/
A feature like this would exponentially boost my marketing productivity.
Is there already some feature for this that I am unaware of? Maybe some add-on that can be dowloaded?
I'd greatly appreciate some help!
