Feature Tours

I'm using ACT! by Sage 2009 (11.0) Version 11.1 .183.0, Hotfix 1 and I'm trying to access the Feature Tours.  When I click on the Help, Feaure Tours 'button' I get a drop list showing 18 different tours, BUT, when I click on any of them, nothing happens.  The drop down list disapperas, but nothing else happens.  Is there a special setting to engage these tours?

 

Appreciate any assistance you may offer.

They work for me. The feature tours are accessed through internet explorer and could be blocked by your firewall.

Thanks!  I bet that's the problem.  I'm using a work laptop and they've got everything sewn up pretty tight.  If the Feature Tours are web based, can an ACT! user access them via the internet, outside of the ACT! program?  I figure if that is possilbe, I can avoid the firewall issues.

Here's the URL for the Workspace tour http://download.act.com/tours/training/2009/WorkspaceTour.htm

 

Replace Workspace in the URL with the name of any of the other tours and it will access them.
