Faxing By E-Mail

Is there a way to use the Act Fax field to email the document to a online fax service.

Re: Faxing By E-Mail

This is an interesting question.  I would like to know more about it.

I'm wondering, though, what would you put into the FAX number field besides a phone number?

What service do you use and what do they expect to receive to generalte a FAX blast?

I use metrofax to send my faxes via the internet email.  You create an email and put AreaCodeFaxNumber@metrofax.com and your fax is sent.  You get an email back from metrofax indicating if your fax went through or if it failed.

Will MyFax work with Act 2011? Will it still require fax admin?
