Fax Blast Not Adding to History

I just recently upgraded to Act 2009 and Fax Admin 2008/2009. When I send a fax blast, it is not adding to the history of the contacts. I looked at the manual and I have followed their directions but it didn't work. What do I do?

 

Also, is it possible to get a report that shows total numbers on what sent and failed?
