Sorry didn't get back sooner, tried fix (no change)
wont uninstall the video was me trying to uninstall and the error is a result of that
the original problem began while doing an update unfortunately don't remember the details of the upgrade but seems like it mentioned net framework 4? or something like that
every since then the program will load and offer me a sign in screen but when I submit it I get this

Things to try:
- Possible issue with add-on file: remove any Dymo add-on files in the ACT! plugins folder. Here is an article with instructions: KB Article 27127
- Attempt to open a different database (ex: ACT! demo). Successful or same error? If same error, try rebuilding your ACT! Preference files. Here is an article with instructions (use the Alternate Method: Manually Rebuild Preferences): KB Article 14770

I also received a fatal error during download and just tried to uninstall but received "Error - 1603, Fatal error during installation"
Is there another way to uninstall? May I also get the private note?
