Hi, I'm a total Noob, so please forgive the basic nature of this question. After I have found a number of records via a Lookup (let's say hundreds of records), I want to be able to jump through them more than one at a time, which is basically the only way I can find. Isn't there a way to go from record 100 to record 200 without hitting the right arrow button 100 times??? Thanx.

Use the list view for that.

Roy, Many thanks for your response. Does the List View have to be "set up" (i.e., visible fields defined)? Because when I click the list view, the only thing visible is a list of email addresses. - MJD

Right click in the list view and select Customize Columns
