Odd problem - have done mail mergers for years, but now the email address does not appear in the address line. So, the email does not go out. HELP!

Please describe the process you use for a mail merge:
- Are you using ACT! Email or Outlook?
- If using Outlook, what version of Outlook?
- An Internet mail account or an Outlook account?
- What version/build of ACT! (go to Help/About ACT!)
- How many contacts are included in the merge?
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
